June 2016 edition of the Probit newsletter

Dear member of the Probit research panel:

While we continue to develop and carry out new studies, we would also like to share some of our recent results with you – our panel. As always, be on the lookout for survey invitations in the weeks ahead. Your valuable input is necessary and deeply appreciated.

Your views

We recently increased our presence on social media. We encourage you to follow @ProbitInc on Twitter and like us on Facebook where we frequently share more results from surveys you participate in, such as these below.

As you may know, leadership elections for several of Canada’s largest political parties are scheduled to take place next year. When asked who you would support as the leader for the New Democratic Party if the elections were held tomorrow, Olivia Chow led at 29 per cent, followed by Alexandre Boulerice at 18 per cent, and Charlie Angus, Peggy Nash, Paul Dewar, respectively at nine per cent. The remaining candidates received six per cent or less of votes each.

Probit: What We Do

The key principle of Probit‘s methodology that distinguishes our panel from others is that the Probit research panel is probability-based. This allows us to accurately project survey data to the total Canadian population versus non-probability opt-in online panels. For more on this subject, please click here.
