Our call centre is both Inbound/Outbound ready and capable. It is fully staffed with 200 interviewing staff with over 65 CATI stations. Our interviewers are trained to use client lists, association membership lists, purchased lists, our in-house Probit Panel or landline/cellphone RDD. They are trained in B2B, C2B and B2C. Their training covers interviewing respondents across Canada, in the USA and overseas. They follow survey scripts verbatim, gaining accurate survey responses, opinions, and beliefs.
The call centre team also houses a group of recruiters who are responsible for the in-house recruitment of our panel and other custom panels. These highly trained recruiters contact cold or pre-screened sample.
